  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is provided as proof
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags

Non-returnable items:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Minor color/design variations due to screen or lighting differences

    To request a return:
  • Contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp
  • Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video
  • After approval, we will guide you for return or arrange pickup (if available)

  • Refund will be processed after product inspection
  • Amount will be credited to original payment method or UPI
  • Refund will be completed within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same or similar product (subject to availability)
  • If item is unavailable, refund option will be provided
