- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is provided as proof
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags
Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Minor color/design variations due to screen or lighting differences

To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp
- Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video
- After approval, we will guide you for return or arrange pickup (if available)
- Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed after product inspection
- Amount will be credited to original payment method or UPI
- Refund will be completed within 5β7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same or similar product (subject to availability)
- If item is unavailable, refund option will be provided
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
